The hotel they show you in pics and the one they make you stay aren’t the same, they don’t provide and towels or bath essentials. It’s a really bad experience

The hotel shifted to another residence that was full of mosquitoes. The cleaning was also not good and service was not upto the mark.

Very bad experience. Service and room very vary poor. Absolutely poor hotel. Rooms are not clean also bathroom. Overall experience very very bad.

Location is great, but the food is terrible. The amenities don't match the price. The staff is impolite.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was not at all comfortable for guests. Nobody knows the property either auto drivers or locals. No name boards were displayed. It is only a lodge with some rooms opening to a common area. Rooms are very shabby. Beddings are very old and towels given were torned. Only a small piece of soap were provided. Water given was refilled not sealed. I feel it's some tap water or so. Bathroom is very horrible. Taps and shower are fully rest not able to touch. Geyser was not working. Not provision for bed tea or anything. We feel very bad with the stay. The tarrif of rs - is a very high compared to the stay.

Please refund my amout. I didn't stay there due to fake information on mmt. I didn't stay there and left the hotel as early as possible. Made complaint at reception within 5 minutes. So who would be accountable in this matter. It's completely due to mm t faulty information. I will complain against mm t at higher level. Not happy with the service of mmt. I left within 30 minutes
